Samuel F. Talley
Age 69 of Wilmington, formerly Chester County
Passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015 at home surrounded by his family.
Sam was a graduate of Unionville High School. Upon graduation, he faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Sam was also a dedicated member of the Moose Lodge Chester County Chapter. He loved working with cars, and took special interest in antiques.
Sam is survived by his longtime companion, Susan Denny; his 7 children; 13 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren; as well as his sister, Catherine Mercer.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a service for Sam at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilm., DE 19805, on Fri May 22, 2015, at 1:00pm. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions to St. Jude's Children Hospital, www.stjude.org/‎.
