Obituary for Donald J. "Don" Waltz Sr.

Donald J. Waltz Sr. Passed away September 20,2016, peacefully at home after a short illness.
Don was born and raised in Trenton, NJ where he met and married Theresa McHugh in 1965. Don and Theresa moved to New Castle and together they raised their two boys, Don and Jim.
Don enjoyed a career as a sales consultant with various chemical companies. He was a family man who loved supporting his grandsons in all their endeavors.
Don is survived by his wife Theresa Waltz; sons, Don and his wife Barbara; Jim and his partner, David; three grandsons, Jonathan, Joshua, and Jacob.
He is also survived by his brother John Waltz and one sister Eileen (Bob) Beck.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Fatima, 801 N. DuPont highway New Castle, DE 19720 on Monday September 26 at 11am. Friends may call at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 34 West 6th St., New Castle, DE 19720, on Sunday September 25, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Interment will take place in St. Peter the Apostle Cemetery.
