The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Foster can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: My condolences to the family, may Jim rest in peace. Jim was a good guy.I worked with Jim at the Johnsville NADC back in the 70s on the P-3C program. Jim - with the RCA Service Co (with Bill Schnell, Jim Otto, Bob Torrance, John Arcomone et al) Myself as a US Navy civilian. I still remember the day Jim drove into the parking lot with his brand new, orange,Datsun 240(?)Z.I think everyone in the lab was out at one time or another during the day to ogle the Z.
