Obituary for Mark Phillip Vogelsong
Mark Vogelsong departed this life peacefully on Monday, February 6th, 2017 surrounded by loved ones.
Mark is survived by his wife of 2 years Kimberly Conroy; 3 step children, Sabrina, Shade and Francis and grandson, Carter.
Mark is also survived by his sisters, Bernadette (Robert) Conomon, Michelle (Michael) Gilday, Judy Porter, Paula (John Holloway) Vogelsong; and his brother, Michael Vogelsong, also surviving are his beloved nieces and nephews, David, Mark, Keith, Jacquelyn, Shaun, Justin, Chelsea and Nicole.
We would like to thank the all doctors and nurses at the Helen Graham Cancer Center and Christiana Hospital, Doctor Suppiah and staff for the love and care they showed to Mark during his cancer treatments.
There will be a Mass to Celebrate Marks life on Saturday, April 22, 2017 10:00 am, at St. Matthews Church, 901 E. Newport, DE 19804, followed by a Memorial Luncheon at the IBEW Hall, 814 West Basin Road, New Castle, DE 19720
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Mark’s name to the Helen Graham Cancer Center Special Needs Fund at 4701 Ogletown-Stanton Road, Newark, DE 19713, or a favorite charity of your choice.
