Born on August 28, 1931 passed away on August 25, 2017 with her family by her side.

Barbara was born in Wilmington, Delaware, the daughter of Joseph H. and Marie E. Fox. Barbara graduated from Ursuline Academy and spent the next two years working in Chicago with the Young Christian Workers.

Barbara worked for Sherwin-Williams for many years and retired from that company as a Regional Manger. Barbara started a second career as an Office Manager for the law firm Heckler and Cattie.

Barbara was a devoted member of St. Peter the Apostle RC Church in New Castle.

In her spare time Barbara enjoyed gardening and flower arranging. She was a great lover of Mah Jongg and all types of board games and card games.

Barbara was preceded in death by her daughters Ann and Louise and her husband E. Lee Kibblehouse.

She is survived by her sons Mark (Marie) of New Castle, DE; Stephen (Jenn) of Lower Gwynedd, PA; David (Kathleen) of St. Louis, MO; and Eric (Lynn) of Acton, MA and her brother Alan Fox (Ann) of Pittsburgh, PA. Missing her will be her beloved grandchildren: Erika, Nicole, Jessica, Matthew, Meghan, Michael, Luke, and Nicholas.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church, 5th and Harmony Streets, New Castle, DE 19720 on Wednesday, August 30 at 12:00 noon. Friends may call at the church from 10-12. Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery following the Mass.
