James (Jimmy) Marvin Ascione

Born on November 1, 1961, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday December 14, 2016.
Jimmy had a long career as an Ironworker and also as an Arborist. He had a great love of the outdoors, and loved to hunt and fish.
Jimmy was loving husband, father, and grandfather. He had a good heart and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte; his father, Vincent; and his brother, Robin.
He is survived by his wife Sharon; his children, Jimmy (Amy), Joseph (Jessica), Anthony, and Angelina; and Granddaughter, Evelyn; his brothers, Michael, and Vincent; sisters, Gina Fleming and Lisa Ascione.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Service for Jimmy on Sunday December 18, at 2:00 pm at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy. Wilmington, DE 19805. A viewing will be held at the Funeral Home from 1:00-2:00.
